Auto Process Rules can be assigned at the Site, Site Group, and Global levels. These rules allow Stages to act on signals without operator intervention. These rules can trigger data changes, notifications, and other actions as well based on the nature of the event.
Creating an Auto Process Rule
To create an Auto Process Rule example:
Site Level
- Within the Site Data Entry Window, click on the Site tab.
- At the bottom of the screen, click on Auto Process Rules.
- Click on the + sign to add the rule(s).
Site Group Level
- From within the Site Group window, click on the Auto Process Rules tab.
- Click on the '+' sign in the Rule Detail box to add new rule(s).
