Unscheduled Disarm Rules

Unscheduled Disarm Rules allow users to submit Open and Close signals outside of the configured schedule without creating an exception event.

For example, if there is janitorial work expected between 11:00 pm - 1:00 am, creating an Unscheduled Disarm Rule for this time period would allow the Site to be disarmed during that time even if the Site Schedule was only active during business hours.

Adding an Unscheduled Disarm Rule

In Site Data Entry>Area & Open/Close tab

1. Open the Unscheduled Disarm Rules for the area being targeted by clicking on the door button (shown below).
2. Add a Description, Open minutes and # of Opens.
3. Use the Clock button to add the time window for this Rule.
4. Add Disarm Rules Contacts if specific users are required (Users must have a UserID).
