Site Notes

Temporary site information is added in the Site Notes window. Site Notes can be added from the Site Data Entry and Alarm Dispatch windows. Site Notes are given effective and expiration dates. Rich-text is available for notes. In the Site Notes list displayed on the Data Entry and Dispatch window, the first row of the note is shown, the whole note is available in the flyout.

Site Notes can be set to require acknowledgment to generate a modal message when accessing the Alarm Dispatch window.

Expired Notes are not deleted automatically when expired. Notes can be kept for records or deleted manually.
