Time Option
Alarm Time measures the from the time the alarm was set to this priority to Alarm Retrieval.
Operator Handle Time measures the time from Alarm Retrieval until Full or Partial Clear.
First Response measures the time from the initial alarm until the first access.
First Action measures the time from the initial alarm until the first Action taken (First Operator Action other than "Accessed".)
